Shipping Policy

Order processing and production

All Jus Make Ya Marc products are made to order through third-party print and fulfillment partners.

Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted. Production times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, product shortages, or other circumstances outside our control.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Estimated delivery times

After production is completed, estimated transit times are generally:

United States

Economy shipping: approximately 4–8 business days

Standard shipping: approximately 2–5 business days

Express shipping, when available: approximately 2–3 business days

Canada

Estimated delivery generally varies by product, fulfillment provider, and destination.

International orders

Standard international delivery may take approximately 10–30 business days, depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier service, and product availability.

Production time must be added to standard transit time unless the selected shipping method specifically states that production is included. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Printify notes that production time varies, and available shipping speeds depend on the product and provider.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.

Products may be manufactured by different print providers or at separate fulfillment locations. When an order contains different product types or items fulfilled by different providers, the order may ship in multiple packages and separate shipping charges may be combined at checkout.

Free-shipping promotions apply only when the stated eligibility requirements are met.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may arrive separately and on different dates. You may receive more than one tracking number.

Separate delivery does not necessarily mean that an item is missing from your order.

Tracking information

Tracking details will be emailed when they become available.

Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after a shipping label is created. Tracking may not display movement immediately.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please review your address before submitting the order. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. Because orders may enter production shortly after submission, address changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.

Additional production, replacement, or reshipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by:

Severe weather

Holidays and high-volume seasons

Customs processing

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Product availability

Print-provider production delays

Events outside our reasonable control

A delay does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund. However, we will review orders that appear lost or substantially delayed and provide available options consistent with applicable law.
